At a time when gender equality is increasingly becoming the buzzword, gradually more women are creatively leveraging AI and Machine Learning in their businesses. 14. Laura Gomez is the Founder, CEO of Atipica which is an inclusive AI platform for talent lifecycle. It helps companies find the right candidates. The AI technology even gives suggestions and visualises the skillsets of available candidates.
15. Anita Finnegan is the CEO & Founder of Nova Leah which deals with Medical Device Cybersecurity. It provides risk assessment solutions for connected medical devices.
As of today, only 28 % of start-ups in Silicon Valley have a female founder. On the other hand, Gartner predicts that the business value created by AI will reach $3.9T in 2022. The possible cut one can take from the industry might by itself be an encouragement for more women entrepreneurs to step into the tech business.
